Universal Orlando Cancellation Policy

Select Universal Orlando Resort hotels have reopened. We’ve added new safety guidelines throughout the resort to get the good times going again. Universal Orlando Resort hotel’s cancellation policies are as follows:

• Reservations that are cancelled six days or more prior to arrival will receive a full refund.
• Reservations that are cancelled within five days of arrival are subject to a cancellation fee of one night’s room rate, plus tax.

Please note: deposits are forfeited if guests depart the hotel prior to their scheduled departure date.
